▪️COMBINE Delivery Information

◇Product delivery time and shipping fees

Shipping fee: 800 yen (tax included) *Okinawa 1,100 yen (tax included)

Normally your order will be shipped within 15 business days after it is placed.
Please note that shipments may be delayed if there is a high volume of orders or due to shipping procedures.
Order date = payment confirmation date (not order date)

* Based on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
Once shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.


▪️COMBINE Reservation Cancellation

Once your reservation has been confirmed, you cannot cancel your order.


▪️Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address

If you are not at home, the delivery company will notify you by sending a notification of absence. Please use the notification to request redelivery yourself.


*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
・We have noticed that many customers forget to fill in their address, so please check it when purchasing.
*If the storage period has expired, we will not be able to accept any requests, including reshipment or refunds.
If cancellations due to customer reasons (long-term absence, incorrect address, etc.) continue, we will take measures to restrict payment methods. Please receive your ordered items within the period.

▪️COMBINE Returns Policy

We cannot accept returns for any reason other than product defects.

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered,
If the delivered product is found to be defective or is different from the product you ordered, we will accept a return or exchange for the same product, depending on the circumstances.
(Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective products if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.)
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.


▪️COMBINE Notes

・We cannot accept returns for any reason other than product defects. Therefore, please be aware of the following points.

- The color of the product is basically a photo that is very close to the actual product, but there may be some differences between the image and the actual color due to the lighting conditions and indoors. Also, please understand that the color may differ depending on the characteristics of each monitor.

Please note that due to differences in fabric characteristics and measurement methods, there may be a difference of about 3-5 cm between the actual measurements and the measurements listed on the website.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size changes, different colors, different images, or actual measurements.


- In the event of a defective product, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived.

Q: What is an account?

"Account" is a page where you can check and change the member information you registered with the ONLINE STORE, check your order information, etc.

Q: Can I change the color or size of the product after placing my order?

We cannot accept any changes to the color, size or cancellation of products after your order or reservation has been confirmed.

Q: Can I return or exchange items after they have been shipped?

Please note that we do not accept returns of products for reasons of customer convenience.

Q: I received a defective item, what should I do?

If the product you receive is defective or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact COMBINE customer support within 3 days of receiving the product. We will exchange the product.

*If we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will accept a return.

Q: Can I provide gift wrapping?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to our logistics system, we are currently unable to provide gift wrapping services. We hope you will be patient as we work to improve our system so that we can respond to your requests.

Q: Can separate orders be combined into one?

Please note that we cannot combine separate orders for delivery.
